Head of Department - TAS - commencing Term 4 2024

Commencing in Term 4 2024, this leadership role (0.2 load plus a 0.8 Teaching load) is initially a 3-year appointment. The successful candidate will have an ongoing Teaching position.

Head of Department - TAS - candidates will ideally be an outstanding and proven educator, passionate about teaching and learning, a strong leader with an understanding and experience in delivering Stage 5 & 6 NESA Courses. An understanding and experience in delivering Design & Technology, Industrial Technology, Engineering and Metal NESA Courses Stages 5 & 6 will be an advantage.

Senior School Teachers - English, Science and Mathematics - 2025 positions

Commencing January 2025, the following Senior School positions are available. Candidates will ideally be outstanding and proven educators, passionate about teaching and learning, with an understanding and experience in delivering Stage 5 & 6 NESA Courses in respective subject area.

  • English Teacher - full time 
  • Science Teacher - full time - experience Teaching Physics preferred
  • Mathematics Teacher - full time

An understanding of NESA Courses Stages 4, 5 & 6 will be an advantage.

Catering Team

Our Catering Team is an important part of The Scots School Albury and our Boarding School providing excellent sustenance catering to our young people and catering for various functions. The following position is available for commencement as soon as practical or as negotiated.

Chef - part-time position - This position will be responsible for delivering high quality meals for our students, and for internal catering requirements.

Maintenance Team Member - Grounds and Gardening

Our Maintenance Team undertake maintenance of the Schools’ buildings and grounds that results in all facilities and grounds being maintained and presented in professional manner for use by students, parents, and staff. The following position is available for commencement as soon as practical or as negotiated.

Maintenance Team Member - Grounds and Gardening - candidates  will ideally have experience in grounds and gardening and will support our Maintenance manager and other team members.
